How can I tell if sangoma SIP trunks are working?

I see them connected as peers but I can’t call out like I have been able to (no configuration changes in many months). I get the all circuits are busy message when I try.

Here’s the related log lines:

That can mean they have a problem with your account or that something in your IP config might be giving them problems.

I’d start with Billing and see what they say. If they’re OK, call tech support.

Thanks. I should have mentioned I found that but you’ll notice the last posting there was a year ago. I’m thinking that that page might not be used since schmooze was purchased perhaps?

Except a Sangoma employee gave you that link. It’s the right link. Use it to open a support issue.

Fair enough. Guess they haven’t had any issues in over a year.

Didn’t say that. My link was so you could open a support ticket but you are focusing on the “status/issues” link on that page. Don’t focus on that. Just open a ticket and we will be able to help you.
