How can I restrict to make direct outbound calls from UCP?

Hello.

Is there way to restrict direct outbound calls from UCP? The point is that I want my agents to receive incoming calls only but not to make direct calls themself

I’m not sure if UCP is open source, if it is, you’ll need to get your hands dirty or hire someone to do it.
Another potential solution: IIRC, these UCP extensions are 99XXX, you may try to intercept the call in the Trunk Predial Hook and see if you can determine if the call comes from a UCP device and then terminate the call…
