How can i prevent FreePBX to show name on CallerID?

hi,

i have a US Toll Free Number.

incoming callerID on Yealink T28 will show the village and state name.

it’s the same for CDR too (image below)

that lead to multiple keypress to see the number on the phone.

when international number call in, the name is shown “Unavailable”

my sip provider strip off the + sign so it may not be a valid US number

i need help on what can i do to remove the name?

You could put this between the inbound route and the extension.
