Saying “various” I mean
Average number of daily incoming and outgoing calls
Number of saved call recordings
Number of active telephony users
The number of average active telephony calls in work hours.
Can I export something like this?
Current Free PBX version installed is 13.0.190.19
Not without some more commercial modules, but if you know anything about MySQL (or the Maria variant) you can create your own reports using the data from the ‘asteriskcdrdb’ database and the ‘cdr’ table.
The cdr database table has all of the raw information you could need. The only thing that might get jinky is if you wanted to know the number of simultaneous calls.
