How can I diagnose caller ID detection issues?

I have an installation with a TDM-410 analogue card with 2 analogue trunks installed. Every now and then one of the trunks gets ‘stuck’ in a pre-ring state.

I suspect a problem with caller-id detection possibly related to line reversals.

Is there a way to get detailed logging or diagnostics on what’s going on with the caller-id detection?
