My company has a general announcement that plays when a call comes in. For the holiday, we would like to change that message to a holiday recording telling our customers that we are closed for a week. I have recorded the message but I am lost on what to do to activate the new holiday greeting and dimiss the general one until after the holidays. Can anybody help?
Applications > Time Conditions
Time condition name: Holiday Greeting
Time Group: (Name of your holiday time group).
Destination if time matches:
Select the announcement.
Make sure you have a destination on the announcement too depending on what you want to do (message box, hang up, etc.)
