Is there a way to set a destination for a caller that is placed on hold? After 5 minutes ring the phone back instead of just dropping the call?
I actually submitted a feature request for the Sangoma Phones to be able to do that.
However, parking has this functionality.
Or… You’ll need to modify the hold configuration in Asterisk.
