Hire Someone to Program CRM Module Integration with Freshdesk


If this question is not appropriate to ask on this forum, please feel free to take it down, or let me know and I will take it down.

We are looking to hire someone to write the REST API integration required to make the CRM module work with Freshdesk. Specifically to either create a new ticket or update an existing ticket in Freshdesk when a customer phone number calls us. Also if realistic, taking advantage of the other CRM API features is to be considered.

Here’s an example of what we would like to have this integration do…

We don’t have a set budget, but will consider any reasonable quote.
