report shows call history DST column, some records contain the extension 212 and other FMGL-212 FMPR-212, VMU-212. That means FMGL, FMPR and vmw in these records?

Yes, I was speaking of the inappropriate subject.

These destinations are all part of the follow me routing and then finally to voice mail, that must be the end destination.

What is the issue you are trying to solve?

The CDR’s suck, they suck less in the newest versions but an old version like you are running can have many entries for one call.
