HELP! Stalled update

I’ve just run an update from the SysAdmin Pro module of a freepbx distro based server.

The upgrade progress has been sat at Processing Update for several hours with no visible sign.

Currently it says;

2014-03-03 18:54:27 Initializing update process
2014-03-03 18:54:27 Submitting update request
2014-03-03 18:54:29 Requesting updates
2014-03-03 18:54:30 Processing update

Is there a log or a way that I can find out what it’s doing?

Can I restart the server or a service to stop it and restart it from the command line?

Go look at the logs in /var/log/pbx/upgrade

I have the same issue and even after a reboot of the server it still shows in progress. I was trying to go from 11.3 to 11.5. It looks like it finished going from 11.3 to 11.4, but now is stuck. How do I cancel this so I can start again?
