Help on Setting inbound caller ID

Hello all,
I am new to using this system. I was wondering if it was possible to set up specific inbound caller ID. Meaning need to know what number was dialed to reach our office. We have a block of DID’s. And they are supposed to be for a specific company. So when a customer calls in, we need to be able to see on screen that they dialed XXX-555-1234 or if they dialed XXX-555-1238.

If that makes sense to anyone. I was looking for some guidance on this. any help is appreciated. Thank you for your time

If you read the documentation and explored the GUI, you will find that you can set the “CID Name Prefix” for exactly that reason.
