I have inherited a functioning instance of Asterisk and FreePBX. So far I know how to stop my VOIP phone from working and get it to work again. That is all I know.
Can someone guide me in the process of adding or modifying the welcome message example: “Hi this is XXX Inc, press 1 for reception, 2 for my boss, 9 for the directory” etc.
Is it a .wav file that must be recorded first???
