I have an alarm in a lockup which has a gsm number and dials out to me etc if alarm goes off
i did not realise that the gsm needed rebooting for a while and it was offline
so from my pbx i would somehow if posssible like to it to dial my alarm number to get a response to see if it is online
if i was phoning it manually i would not even need to put the pin number in i just know with the alarm number ringing it is alive so basically can freepbx/asterisk do this for me from a cron maybe and mail me a message saying answered
