Help! My account doesn't allow me to log into Atlassian to submit bug reports

Hi,
I registered on freepbx.org so I could log a bug report, but I never got the confirmation email.
I clicked the “forgot password” link and did get an email which allowed me to choose a new password.
I can log into freepbx.org no problem, but when I try and log in to issues.freepbx.org, it says "You do not have a permission to log in. If you think this is incorrect, please contact your JIRA administrators."
It has been 5 hours since I created my account, (which is a lot longer than the 30 minutes suggested waiting time), could someone have a look at this for me please, or let me know what I have done wrong.
