Help! Missed calls on queue

I was trying to set up a queue, that behaves like a ring group. It is important, that the queue doesn’t answer the call, bevor it is picked up.

What i’ve got now is q queue, that - I hope so - behaves like a ring group. But there is one major problem:

When a call comes in, all phones in the queue are ringing. If one phone picks up the call, all others show a missed call. If i am using ring groups, as I do until now, the other phones don’t show missed calls on the similar situation.

Please help me out!

Thanks a lot!

Nobody has an idea?

Is it that difficult? Is it impossible?
My major question is, why does it work properly, when using ring groups, but don’t work, when using queues?

What ever I try, I won’t get loose those missed calls…

Hiya did you ever resolve this? I am having the same problem!

Nobody will answer a question that does not include basic system information.

A properly formatted log would be nice also.

…here it comes:

│ PBX in a Flash Version = Running on HARDWARE
│ FreePBX Version = │
│ Running Asterisk Version = │
│ Asterisk Source Version = │
│ Dahdi Source Version = │
│ Libpri Source Version = 1.4.12 │
│ IP Address = on eth0 │
│ Operating System = CentOS release 5.6 (Final) │
│ Kernel Version = 2.6.18-194.26.1.el5 - 32 Bit │
│ │

I think my problem has been described in this thread too:

If you need additional info or a log, please give me a hint.

something new on this issue?

I tried Asterisk 10.0.0 with PIAF RED and FreePBX It’s the same behavior…
