We are looking for a module to manage agents and queue assigment. We can pay via paypal for that development.
In deep, what we want to do is:
*. Create, modify and delete group agents for each group register code and description.
*. Create, modify and delete agents and register this information:
- code (can be automatic)
- name
- password
- status: active, retired.
- Assign agents to one or more groups
*. For queue assigment:
- let to assing group of agents to a queue, with ot without penaltys and showing group name
- let to assing agents to a queue, with ot without penaltys and showing agent name
- show current group or agents assigned to the queue
No reports.
Of course, changes needs to be done on ast conf files and database.
