Help : Fatal error during upgrade

Hi; I was doing and upgrade through the tools. module upgrades the last set did not go well I got this message:

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 90 seconds exceeded in /var/www/html/admin/functions.inc.php on line 3110

not sure what it did or did not do ?? Any help would be greatly apprec.
I did notice my music on hold seems a bit choppy not sure if this broke it or not.

more details… what “upgrade through the tools”? upgrading what (FreePBX I’m assuming but asking to be sure), from what version to what version… do you have a slow link to the internet? If so and depending on what upgrade you are refering to it is possible it is a Large file that did not just complete downloading in time…
