My name Ronald from Indonesia and I need your help…

I want to build a VOIP server with these specs: 1 E1 Card, a TDM410P …
The configuration that will be used:
A. When a PSTN call will use the E1 Card
2. When a call to a Mobile Phone will use the TDM410P.
