I have a ring group that includes my cellphone, i want to set up a way so if i answer a call on my cellphone, it is still recorded in my PBX. Is there a way to do this?

Do you always want to record what goes through that ring group regardless of whether you answer it with your cellphone or not?
If so, Call Recording: Force on that ring group should do what you want…
