Has the bulk import functionality to import userman users been removed in a recent update?
A couple of months ago I was able to import a group of users and now the option is not there in version 13.16
I have tried rolling back to 13.15 and 13.0.14.8
Below is what I see now in all versions mentioned above:
I have just checked out another PBX and it seems the version is not the issue. Running 13.16 Bulk handler has this functionality, so perhaps another module conflicting 
Check if userman is up to date
Seems both pbxs that are version 13 have the same version modules. One has the functionality the other doesnt
