I know a VM BLF is doable somewhat easily on a Cisco SPA50x but what about on a Polycom 550? I see very few references to this on the web if any. So just looking to see if anyone has done this before and how they may have accomplished it. Thanks!
What do you mean? BLF for another stations VM or for the actual extension you are at? Because you already get MWI when a Polycom is properly subscribed to VoiceMail - you don’t need a BLF.
My mistake I should have been more specific. I meant a BLF to monitor another extension. The idea was to have a general VM box that several users would have a BLF to monitor the VM for.
