Hardware lock cannot be reset, maximum attempts reached

Hi,

We have to move our PBXact to another server but the maximum has been reached. The portal says " Hardware lock cannot be reset, maximum attempts reached." How can we move this deployment another time ?

Open a support ticket of type Customer Service and billing and make the request there please.
