Hangup on keypress

I have a unique problem. Everytime I pickup the line and press a button (doesn’t matter which one) asterisk drops the call and I receive a fast busy tone. Has anyone see or heard of this before?

CLI output:

Connected to Asterisk 1.8.4.2 currently running on (pid = 2261)
Verbosity was 3 and is now 33

How are we supposed to know what system you are running?

Clearly DAHDI/4/1 is not in a context that matches the digits you are dialing.

Is this a FreePBX based system?

Yes, its CentOS 5.6 with a TDM400P pci card, 1 FXO module, port 4. I am trying (failing miserably) to figure out why asterisk is dropping the call on the DTMF tone

what other specs do you need?

asterisk 1.8
dahdi - current
libpri - current
libss7 - current
iksemel - current

freepbx 2.8.1.4

Please post the output of asterisk CLI command ‘dahdi show channel 4-1’
