Hangup for NTP TIMEOUT and NAT

Hi, i have a trunk on my freepbx behind NAT that continuosly disconnect calls on 30 secs (just rtp timeout)

what to do?

Sorry, RTP, not NTP :stuck_out_tongue:

Do you have RTP ports forwarded from your router to your pbx? What brand and model of router. Is there a SIP ALG on the router. Shut that off.

No, but if i use a softphone with login and pw to access mu trunk SIP provider i don’t have any problem even without port forwarding.

What does your trunk config look like on te PBX? Usually you have to have SIP and RTP forwarded to your PBX. Perhaps you can consult the wiki for setup info.

Do you have the NAT settings correct in sip settings module?

incoming (that seems to be the problem):

context=from-sip-external
fromuser=xxx
host=xxx
insecure=very
secret=xxx
type=friend
user=xxx
username=xxx
qualify=yes

No, what do you have your NAT settings in the SIP Settings module?

Had a try with nat and route and No nat … no results :frowning:
