Handset Volume Setting

Sangoma S505 handset - Volume is not staying at the level the user sets. they lower the volume but on next ring it is very loud again. i have override set for NONE at the extension page and i dont see anything in the template for this model phone. Ive also checked the volume override in the QUEUE and that is set for NONE as well. Anywhere else i might be missing?
