I have your blog post and it really helped with the Avaya config but I am lost in the asterisk config under freepbx. It is much easier to follow without the freepbx but thats what I have for now.
How do we expose the H323 protocol? I created the H323.conf file and I put the extension config in extensions_custom.conf. What context do we reference in the h323.conf file? Since freepbx has control over that I dont know what to put in there under general and avaya.
Once it is configured correctly will the avaya system show the trunk up all the time (stat trunk) or just when a call is active?
