Guest Chan_SIP active dialogs when Allow SIP Guests = No

Ok so first, under “SIP Settings”:
General > Allow Anonymous Inbound SIP Calls = NO
Chan_SIP > Allow SIP Guests = NO

After making the changes I ran “fwconsole restart” and “more /etc/asterisk/sip*.conf | grep guest” returns: “allowguest=no”.

Now, when I’m going to Reports > Asterisk Info > Chan_Sip Info, the “Chan_Sip Channel(s)” block, shows:
