Group extension call pickup not working

On group call pickup attempt with *8# the message on Yealink PJSIP endpoint is:
Q.850;cause=21 and then engaged tone.

Anyone?

If it’s a small system, just use BLF pickup (press the flashing button to pick up the call).

Otherwise, confirm that both Pickup Groups and Call Groups are properly set.

If no luck, post Asterisk log for a failing call.

Populating the Call Groups fields did the trick, solved, thanks.
