Grandstream phone registering SIP on 2 ports: 5060 and 5064?

Any idea why this may be happening? I didn’t think we used port 5064 in our environment. Please forgive me if my question is basic.

Double-check your PJ/CHAN SIP ports in the GUI.

Many Grandstream phones allow for a primary and secondary registration. The secondary registration can be used to automatically register with a backup server for failover purposes. If you have the backup or secondary server entered in the phone, and it is the same address as the primary, that can cause this issue.

kenn10 I think you’re right. While there is no second registration in the phone, the firmware is buggy and unless I factory reset it, it remembers what used to be there far after its been deleted out of the phone. Thanks!
