Grandstream HT701 not connecting to pbx Please help

I have some grandstream HT701s that will not connect to the pbx. I have the extensions configured and I think I am putting in all the correct info on the ATA. Any direction would help. I am not sure where to start. I am running PBX Firmware: 10.13.66-12

Have you verified the username password. Have you checked the logs and looked at asterisk- rvvvv
are you using the Paid EPM. or setting up manually.

I have about 10 of these running and have no issues.

I found the problem. I needed to include the xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:5160 in both the sip and the proxy. That seemed to fix the problem. Thanks for the willingness to help!
