Grandstream GXP1610 fails to register to FreePBX

Hi there,

FreePBX 13.0.192.9

I have two new Grandstream GXP1610 phones that are not registering with FreePBX. Looking in the logfile, I see this for both extensions:

[2017-07-14 14:45:54] NOTICE[17659] res_pjsip/pjsip_distributor.c: Request from ‘< sip:[email protected]>’ failed for ‘192.xxx.xxx.135:5060’ (callid: [email protected]) - No matching endpoint found

I’ve changed the CHAN_SIP driver in the extension to PJSIP, no improvement.

I’m out of ideas and experience with FreePBX.

Any suggestions welcome.

Corrected copy of logfile from Asterisk…

[2017-07-14 14:45:54] NOTICE[17659] res_pjsip/pjsip_distributor.c: Request from ‘sip:[email protected]’ failed for ‘192.xxx.xxx.135:5060’ (callid: [email protected]) - No matching endpoint found

[2017-07-14 14:45:54] NOTICE[17659] res_pjsip/pjsip_distributor.c: Request from ‘< sip:[email protected]>’ failed for ‘192.168.0.135:5060’ (callid: [email protected]) - No matching endpoint found

_added a space character after the < sip to get it to show on screen. In the logfile there is no space between the < and sip.
