Grandstream GXP 2200 Dialplan -

Anybody have any success with getting the GXP2200 to allow the dialing of certain feature codes…

In particular the Queue Toggle (45NNNNQQQQ) or the queue login and logoff?

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hi there,

If the phone is not letting you dial because of the dial plan you have two options:

  1. Fix it: updating the dialplan to the following string “{ x+ | +x+ | *x+ | [*x]+*x+ }”
  2. Disable it: In “Advanced Settings – Call Features”

Updating the dialplan is the recommended one.
