Currently when we use the TRNF (transfer) button from the phone and transfer to park the ringback to the person who put them on park does not work. However if we do the *2 and transfer them that way it works.
What’s happening when the TRNF button is used, the outside calls when they are put on park, instead of being identified to ring back to the extension that put them on hold, they’re being identified to ring back to themselves. When they try, they fail, and it rolls over to the “orphaned parking lot” – exactly where it should given that it can’t call itself. A snap shot:
-- Executing [[email protected]:1] Dial("SIP/vergent-dtuser-00020af1", "SIP/vergent-dtuser,30,t") in new stack
== Using SIP RTP TOS bits 184
== Using SIP RTP CoS mark 5
– Called vergent-dtuser
– SIP/vergent-dtuser-00020b06 is circuit-busy
== Everyone is busy/congested at this time (1:0/1/0)
I am a little new to this so I am unsure what other information could be helpful to track this down.
