Will try updating this one to Asterisk 22 after hours.

It would seem to be some kind of off-nominal in blind transfer. We’d need a debug log as well to go with it to understand the circumstances that potentially caused it. I don’t anticipate moving to 22 would change things, but it’s possible.

Unfortunately it is generally out of date I would hope maybe you can use the same package names with apt instead of yum. Maybe @jcolp could say if the debug symbols are in the debian repo.

I was hunting for the debug packages in the apt repo last week when faced with a different issue involving an asterisk crash, but came up short.

They’re not currently, I’ve asked for them to be.
