Google Voice Incomming never rings extensions

Hi

I am having a problem where when I dial my Google Voice number it never rings any of the extensions on Free PBX it just goes to Google Voice Mail? This is a new installation using the Incredible PBX purple 1.7.5.5.5. I have tripple checked my Google Voice settings and have port 5222 port forwarded to the Free PBX computer. It shows an active call in the Free PBX Status after the second ring on the phone used to call the Google Number but none of my extensions ring. I did see a issue on the net that could be my problem which said to increase the wait before sending DTMF 1 to 8 to 10 seconds and also have it send 11 instead of 1 but when I checked my config file it was already set to those values. I have posted a log of an incomming Google Voice call below.

Thank you for any help you can give me.

Rob

Doesn’t look like it thinks any of your extensions are available. Can you dial out and complete a call with Google Voice?

Hi and thanks for your reply! I have 3 grandstream gpx2000 sip phones registered and working between extensions. They are extension numbers 701, 702, and 703. My out going google which was working is no longer working. I am running this install in a vmware virtual pc. I have tried starting from scratch 3 times with the same results. I am not sure how the ring group for the trunk (or even which trunk because there are 3 trunks that seem to be associated with google voice) most of the google trunks seem to be set for day/night code 1. That does not make sense to me. My outgoing calls are getting the all circuits are busy at this point. On my first install using the purple edition and incredible Pbx was working but had a huge delay on outgoing calls before asterisk would start ringing and even longer for the called number to start ringing. So I installed a new virtual pc and installed purple edition again and incredible Pbx. It has been downhill since. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you
Rob

It would seem your extensions_custom.conf file is not setup correctly.

Email me a copy or your jabber.conf gtalk.conf and extensions_custom.conf to [email protected] I will take a look at it and send you back a working copies.
