when the caller person not press any button, IVR terminates incoming calls

“good byee” . For example;

for Sales press 1, for Service press 2

( not press any button, ıvr terminates incoming call.)

not press any button , ıvr goes to an extension (101)…

Create an option with t instead of digits. t stands for timeout.
