Go to voicemail when on the line?

I am sure I am over looking this option some where. When someone dials in and our lines are full, they just get a busy signal. How can I set this to go to the voicemail of that extension?

Is this on a Ring Group or Queue by chance? You should just need to set the destination at the bottom if so.

If your lines are full how can you get a call to voicemail. The voicemail is on the PBX which means you need to have a inbound line that can reach the PBX.
