Hi guys! Maybe anyone can give me some hint about this:
I need an email notification everytime someone leaves a queue on a timeout. I can achieve this using a custom application to send the email, and then I put this application in failover destination on my queue. However, I need that, after my email is sent, the call must return to FreePBX flow (in this case, it must go to an extension voicemail, but it can go anywhere on FreePBX).
Any suggestion about how can I do this? Thanks!
