We need a global internal directory we can install in all phones’ directories, for Yealink 46S and Grandstream 2160 phones. I was able to create a local directory group by .csv but can’t figure out how to install it on all phones. I have EPM for one of our PRIs (Yealink phones). The other two do not have EPM. Any help is appreciated!
