Giving users access to modify dynamic queues

We are trying to give an office admin access to be able to dynamically manage their queue agents, but their limited role account doesn’t get an apply button after they make a change.

What am I missing?

The apply config permission.

I had set the config edit permission, which was the wrong one (obviously). Easy fix, thanks!
