Git clone error during installation

I’m doing a manual install according to the script at
http://wiki.freepbx.org/display/HTGS/Installing+FreePBX+2.11+on+Centos+6.3
and getting this error.

[[email protected] src]# git clone http://git.freepbx.org/scm/freepbx/framework.git freepbx
Initialized empty Git repository in /usr/src/freepbx/.git/
error: The requested URL returned error: 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable while accessing http://git.freepbx.org/scm/freepbx/framework.git/info/refs

fatal: HTTP request failed
[[email protected] src]# git clone http://git.freepbx.org/scm/freepbx/framework.git freepbx
Initialized empty Git repository in /usr/src/freepbx/.git/
warning: remote HEAD refers to nonexistent ref, unable to checkout.
