Getting local on-hold music on external system

Afternoon all,

Weird on here. One of my users was calling an external and she was put on hold and was then given our music on hold and heard our wares being sold!

This also happens if we ring an Android mobile and then press hold on the actual Android end, the person on the desk phone gets our MOH rather than the MOH generated by the external system.

SIP trunks, by Gamma, Cisco 79xx phones on desk into admittedly PBXAct, but close enough…

Is this a known thing, or am I in the twilight zone!
