Get call status and Call history

Making an inhouse autodialer and I can already make calls using the $astman->Originate function to connect an Extension to an outside mobile number.

I was wondering if there was a way to get the disposition of the call made to the mobile number via $astman?

Also is there a way to get the call history for an outbound number?

All this using PHP by the way.
