I donā€™t see anything obvious. I suppose you could try restricting codecs to alaw and ulaw, or setting From Domain, but IMO itā€™s very unlikely to help.

Can you call the 073596 number without overriding the caller ID? If not, perhaps Xinix has the same problematic routing table as Voxbeam was using and opening a ticket with them will get it resolved.

I see that Xinix offer a softphone. As a test, shut down the PBX, register their softphone to your account, and try calling the Sky number. If it succeeds, use Wireshark to see how the INVITE is formatted and set up the PBX to do the same. If it fails, they should be responsive to a ticket, as you are using their product and service.
