I’m trying to track down why all calls are garbled / staticky on our system. It used to be internal calls were not affected, but it seems they are now. Also, when people call in, I frequently see error 604 on the CDR saying “no trunk or registration”. We use Flowroute for our SIP provider and they’ve been no help in tracking down the intermittent no trunk errors.
I had done a ping test to our PBX for a day and lost 11% of packets. I moved ports on the host and changed cables and that has resolved (this was about a month ago). I understand jitter is probably my culprit but how do I test and alleviate that?
