I’m trying to place an outbound call from an analog phone which is connected to an FXS line in an Adtran channel bank. When I try to call out of the PBX I get a message saying “If you know your parties extension dial it now” at which point it allows me to dial an internal extension, but will not allow me to dial out of the PBX. Any thoughts?
