FXO Port not answering Calls

Good Day,

I have a AEX410 4-FXO Card installed in a FreePBX Server, We are having problems wth port number 2, the port does not ring or answer the call, when looking at the logs no information is show is like that the port is not connected to the line.

I have verified that the channel is up and that asterisk is detecting the card

When I run dahdi_monitor for channel 2, I see that only RX channel is UP, and it is always on max audio level

Visual Audio Levels.

Use chan_dahdi.conf file to adjust the gains if needed.

Any ideas what the problem can be?

Swap two modules, does the problem move?

Thank you for your help, I will swap the ports, and see if the problems move.

Any other suggestion?

Failing that test. Swap the lines coming in, it is either one or the other.
