Fwconsole file is not accessible

Installed FreePBX 14 with asterisk 13 logged as root and get an error

** CRITICAL SYSTEM ERROR **

Unable to generate MOTD.
The /usr/sbin/fwconsole file is not accessible

You are likely to experience significant system issues.

[root@freepbx log]# locate fwconsole
locate: can not stat () `/var/lib/mlocate/mlocate.db’: No such file or directory

How can I fix that?

That message occurs when FreePBX installation failed, due to a network problem or HW issue.
You need to perform installation again.

Thanks

No Internet when you tried to install the distro. The distro never installed.

Is this on hardware or a VM?

I’m trying to install the distro on Proxmox Virtual Environment. while installation it omits network phase that I cannot give it a static IP address. But it has no problem with VMware. I’ll try to change ‘Network Device model’ in Proxmox but I don’t think that it’ll works.

SOLVED!

I set Intel E1000 before in Network Device mode and changed on VirtIO (paravirtualized)
for this time and it showed network configuration and installed properly.
