FreePBX won't start after backup and restore

I had to restore a FreePBX on a new machine.
Everything works except Fail2ban

I get the following when typing fail2ban-client -x start :

ERROR  Found no accessible config files for 'filter.d/sng-deskapp' under /etc/fail2ban
ERROR  Unable to read the filter
ERROR  Errors in jail 'sng-deskapp'. Skipping...

How do I repair this ?

Firewall module version is 16.0.57.4

I copied the sng-deskapp file from another FreePBX and it seems to have fixed the issue.
The file was missing.
