I have many customers who are using legacy PBX and wanted IVR, Voice Mail, AutoAttend, Call Recording and audio conferencing server on Asterisk can any one help me for the same… I am layman to asterisk.
Asterisk can do all that, Freepbx will make it easier to do all that, you mention your “customers” but not what you do, if you are a journeyman with legacy PBX’s you will need to become a journeyman with Asterisk/FreePBX to successfully and seamlessly pass all the possible/necessary signalling particularly FXO, FXS, TDM, MWI, H323, SIP etc. between the two entities.
